Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the website operated by Consult Granato Education LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Your access to and use of the Site is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation. You also agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any other systems or networks connected to the Site.
Consulting Services
Consult Granato Education LLC provides special education consulting, IEP advocacy support, and related educational services. These services are informational and advisory in nature. They do not constitute legal advice. For legal representation in due process proceedings or disputes with school districts, you should consult a licensed attorney.
All consulting services are provided personally by Tony Granato. Service availability is limited. The Company reserves the right to decline to take on new clients at its discretion.
Payment and Refunds
Payment for consulting services is due as specified at the time of booking. For one-time sessions and document reviews, payment is collected in advance. For ongoing retainer services, payment is collected monthly and may be canceled at any time with 30 days' notice.
Refunds for consulting sessions are available up to 48 hours before a scheduled session. No refunds are available for completed document reviews or services already delivered. Digital products purchased through third-party platforms (e.g., Payhip) are subject to those platforms' refund policies.
Free Tools
The free tools available on this Site (IEP generators, assessments, checklists) are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. They are designed as educational aids and do not constitute professional advice. They should not be used as a substitute for professional special education evaluation, legal counsel, or clinical assessment.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Consult Granato Education LLC. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company.
Resources and digital products purchased from the Company are licensed for personal use only. They may not be redistributed, resold, or shared without written permission from the Company.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Consult Granato Education LLC, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or our services.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
